Rep. James Comer of the House Oversight Committee said on Friday that he would postpone the scheduled, August 11 deposition of convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. The Oversight Committee wanted to question her about what she knows about the operations of late disgraced financial Jeffrey Epstein, with whom she was intimately associated.
Comer told Maxwell in a letter that he planned to delay the meeting following her attorneys' ask for the postponement.
