Haters blast Kim ‘KKKardashian’ after she poses with Cybertruck, Tesla bot

On Friday, Kim Kardashian posted a series of photos taken for Perfect Magazine, featuring the entrepreneur and reality TV star posing in the bed of a Tesla Cybertruck and robot from the same company. The photos were quick to be criticized by followers, with people taking issue with the objects associated with Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Some users on Instagram wrote, "KKKim" and "KKKardashian." Another wrote, "Pose with a N*zi flag next. It's the same exact thing," while another said, "Nahtzee thirst trap." "N*zi Alert! N*zi Alert! Now Kimye makes sense."

The most-liked comment on the post as on Monday morning, which had over 19,000 likes, stated, "Never buying skims again. I’m kinda sick to my stomach rn." Others echoed a similar sentiment, calling for a boycott of her popular shapewear brand, Skims.

Others called the post "revolting" and "embarrassing," and said that Kardashian was a "fascist" and "sold her soul." Another user claimed, "Kim would promote the Holocaust if the price was right."

"Kim, we aren’t supporting Musk," one user wrote. Another added, "Money isn’t everything. I’m against [Elon Musk] so if you’re with him in business or whatever, then you’ve lost a loyal follower. Bye Kim."

Perfect Magazine said of the photoshoot, which was undertaken for the cover of Issue 8.5, "An entire 34-page issue devoted to Kim Kardashian, photographed by Steven Klein and styling by Jahleel Weaver. Perfect issue 8.5 features a sci-fi near-future fantasy that looks suspiciously like real life, where one of the most significant icons of our age gets to grips with sleek new technology in the sumptuous location of her own home. ‘I think the big joke of me even doing the shoot with the robot is that I feel like I’m so robotic,’ she tells Michael Holden in an exclusive interview."

After an appearance at an Inauguration Day rally in Washington, DC, left-wing figures and outlets claimed that Musk made a Nazi salute to the crowd when he extended his hand to the crowd after placing it on his heart and stating, "My heart goes out to you." Since the start of the Trump administration, Tesla dealerships across the country have been attacked and protested. Trump has said that those who attack dealerships will be treated as domestic terrorists.
