The charges are many with the 17-year-old facing various firearm charges including possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, and possession of Ammunition without an FID card as well as Improper Storage of a Firearm. His sisters are facing assault and battery on a police officer and assault with a dangerous weapon according to a press release from the Hudson Police Department. DaSilva was charged with interfering with a police investigation.
Reports reveal that the investigation began on February 27th when police learned that DaSilva’s son had brandished a firearm on livestream. Upon discovering the teenager, it was determined that he lacked an FID card and officers served a search warrant on his home.
When the officers attempt to search the home, the two 14-year-old girls allegedly became belligerent and attempted to sic a dog on the police, and the two made physical contact with an officer. DaSilva, who was asked to wait outside her home, was observed taking one of her children’s phones, officers said.

In the press release from the Hudson Police Department, Chief Richard DiPersio shared that DaSilva and her three children were arrested without incident and while executing the warrant, officers found a fully loaded 9mm Taurus GX4 handgun and several rounds of ammunition in the 17-year-old’s room.
All four suspects were arraigned in Marlborough District Court later in the day.
